So, with my background in psychology and desire to fix my alcohol issues, I developed the Drink/Link Moderate Drinking Program in 1988. Since then I've helped thousands of drinkers to drink less, modify their drinking habits and attitudes and prevent alcoholism with my programs, books and products.
